Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we will endeavour to notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
We currently ship to countries within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America. We do not currently ship to Switzerland, Cyprus, Malta, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or Andorra.

Delivery timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
All orders are fully tracked and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders delivered within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included in the price displayed at checkout. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
For orders delivered to the United Kingdom or the United States, local import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Gala Gulaab has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order if you have any concerns. Please note that if a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges and is returned to us, any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items, without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us at customercare@galagulaab.com within 14 days of receipt, quoting your order number. We will confirm your return and provide you with the return address.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a proportional deduction to your refund if items show signs of wear or damage beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your return, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or does not match your order, please contact us at customercare@galagulaab.com as soon as possible after receipt, with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a resolution — including covering return shipping costs for approved claims — as quickly as possible.
